Each year we ask the services who are registered with us to complete an annual return. This gives us information about the service they provided in the previous year. Fees 

Scottish Ministers, every year, set the maximum fees that services must pay.  This is done following an extensive consultation exercise.

The Care Commission must ensure the fees that are charged are invoiced and paid. Find out more about the fees for 2010/11 by reading our fees information leaflet
